Vintage Tea Parties Milton Keynes - A Garden Party

Well the sunshine was glorious over this bank holiday weekend, and we were happy to provide our Tea Party Services to many a Garden Courtyard and Garden Lawn.

The bunting was out and Vintage Vanity Events were out in full force.

These photographs come from one courtyard in Wolverton, Milton Keynes to celebrate a 30th Birthday Party. We provided Salmon and Lemon Butter Sandwiches, Ham and Mustard Sandwiches and Cheese and Tomato Sandwiches. We also provided Fruit Scones, Clotted Cream and Strawberry Jam. We provided a large Chocolate Fudge Cake and a Lemon Drizzle Sponge. We also provided Gluten Free Ginger Cake. Teas that we served were English Breakfast and Assam Tea.  

With a beautiful Birdcage centre piece, Vintage Lace Table Cloth and beautiful China Tea Cups and Saucers we were almost set.

We also included with this servce: Napkins, Milk Jugs, Sugar Bowls and Tongs, Cutlery and Tea Spoons. Vintage Wicker Baskets and Decorations to decorate the courtyard. And ofcourse the lovely Bunting you can see in the photographs.

We didnt provide our Vintage Hostesses on this occassion but if you wanted to hire our Tea Party Service that is an option for you.

Vintage Tea Parties for Weddings Milton Keynes

Vintage Vanity Events provide Truely Beautiful Vintage Wedding Tea Party Catering for hen parties and wedding events. With truely scrumptious sandwiches, scones, cakes and cupcakes all served in true vintage style. Perfect for afternoon teas and Tea Parties at the modern Vintage Style Wedding.

We can cater for all of your guests up to 200 people.


Our Tea Parties include all the homemade sandwiches and cakes, delivered and set up for you. We provide the table cloths, cake stands, cupcake tiers, napkins , picnic blankets and tea pots.

The Tea Party Package is just £8-£15 per guest attending your event.


You can choose to add one of our Vintage Vanity Lovelies to host your tea parties and serve your guests. You can also choose to include beautiful vintage china to hire for each of your guests. We can also provide Vintage Muisc , Musicians and Singers for the Ultimate Vintage Event. All at additional costs please enquire for details

To add one of our Vintage Vanity Lovelies to host your buffet - £50 for 3 hours. (£15 per additional hour)

To add a China Trio Hire for each of your guests. We hire a vintage tea cup, saucer and dessert plate for just £3 per guest attending your event.

To add a Vintage Cart to present your cake buffet upon just add £100 to your cake buffet cost . We will set up the cart at your venue on the day and return to
collect it the following day.

To add some Vintage Entertainment to your event please add £150 for up to 3 hours of afternoon tea music. Please add £80 weekday £120 weekends per musician to be incorporated in the 3 hours entertainment , Please add £200 weekday and £250 weekends for a vocalist to be incorporated into the 3 hours entertainment. (we also run an entertainment company to enable us to provide quality vocalists and musicians)


We will deliver and set up your 'Tea Party' on the day at your venues. Delivery and set up is free for Milton Keynes venues. We are happy to travel and charge just 20p per mile traveled from Milton Keynes.

Hi, I am the Vintage Vanity Vocalist, offering vintage entertainment and  services for the perfect Vintage wedding and event. With the Vintage Vanity Band I travel  across the UK with our services but I am based in Milton Keynes.

As a solo vocalist or with my band, we pride ourselves on providing a bespoke vintage wedding entertainment service for you. All vintage weddings are unique and wonderful and all very different. We know you would like to add your personal touch to your vintage entertainment so we are happy for you to request your much loved songs and choose when and where you would like vintage vanity to perform. We are also happy to recommend with our experience, suitable structures for the perfect wedding day if required.



When you book myself as a solo performer we will provide small unobtrusive speakers to suit the size of your venue and amount of wedding guests. If you book the full band for the evening guests we will bring a larger PA.

I am happy to wear the most perfectly suited outfit for your day. As a lover of all things Vintage I have an array of costumes themed as 1950’s Pin Up, Vintage Glamour, Vintage Country Girl, Vintage Wartime, Floral Afternoon Tea Party dresses, and Polka Dot Vintage Dresses. Hair and Make up will also be appropriately styled to suit your wedding theme. 

Prices for a solo vocalist for your wedding day starts at just £100 please enquire for details, as prices vary depending on location, and the performances required on your day.

Vintage Vanity Events will only take your booking for your big day.


We are happy to provide myself as a solo performer or a Full band, or a selection of musicians to play throughout your day! 

As we also run an entertainments company we are happy to provide our professional musicians and other vocalists to accompany me for the full vintage entertainment package. Vintage Musicians we use are;

String Classical String Duos, Solo Saxophonists,
Acoustic Guitarists, and Keyboard Players (for which we have a tailormade stage-piano for the keyboard for vintage authenticity)


We recommend our Male/Female Vintage Duo which includes male vocals to the likes of Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin. We also recommend our Female Vintage ‘three part harmony’ Trio which includes songs from the Andrews Sisters and the Beverley Sisters.  We also offer Musicians to play through your day as well as bands for your evening entertainment. We can also offer the Vintage Vanity Band, who will have all of your guests tapping their feet and dancing to the great songs from the Vintage era and new modern songs sang in the style of swing and jazz for the PARTY!

Imagine.... a Classical String Duo for your vintage wedding ceremony,  a Vintage Vocalist to entertain at your vintage tea party , a solo saxophone player for your first dance , with your first dance and party with the Vintage Vanity Band.

We have Public Liability Insurance and Fully Professional and High Quality Sound Equipment , PA's and Stage Lighting if required.

We are based in Milton Keynes but are happy to travel........
