Our Vintage Cupcakes can be designed to suit your theme and colours. They can be tailored to perfectly suit all occassions such as weddings, birthdays, baby showers, anniversaries, valentines day and hen parties. Or they can be Vintage Themed for no other reason than the love of Cupcakes and all things cute and vintage!



Cupcake Gift Boxes

Our Gift Boxed Cupcakes are delicately decorated and presented in a Gift Box with a signature Vintage Vanity Bow. Cupcakes are priced from £1.20-£3.50 per cupcake depending on the style of design. They can be delivered to the door of your choice. We limit our Gift Box cupcakes to Milton Keynes, Luton, Leighton Buzzard, Bedford, Northampton and surrounding areas. 

  

Event Cupcakes

Our Event Cupcakes are delicately decorated to suit your special occassion. They are then presented on a beautiful tier and set up for you at your venue on the big day. The Cupcakes are priced from £1.20 - £3.50 per cupcake depending on your chossen design. We charge £20 to hire our tier. We can provide a traditional cutting cake, or giant cupcake decorated to match for £35. Delivery to Milton Keynes venues is Free. Set Up Service is Free as we pride ourselves on providing the most beautiful spectacle of vintage cupcake. We feel venue staff may not have the same passion. We are   happy to travel with our Event Cupcakes at 20p per mile travelled outside Milton Keynes.



Cupcake Stall

We love our Vintage Cupcake Stalls. Simply choose your desired cupcake design and quantity and then add a sprinkle of Vintage Love with our Vintage Table Cloth, Array of Vintage Stands, Napkins, themed decoration for your occassion and one of our Vintage Vanity Lovlies' - a vintage dressed attendant. Please add £75 to this service,  to your cupcake cost which will be between £1.20-£3.50 per cupcake depending on your design. (* Please note this service is for 3 hours duration, if you require longer lengths of time please add £15 per hour for our Vintage Vanity Lovely!)

Cupcake Cart

Our New Addition to Vintage Vanity Events is our Cupcake Cart!

Simply choose your desired cupcake design and quantity and then add a sprinkle of Vintage Love with our beautiful Cart.  We include our Vintage Table Cloth, Array of Vintage Stands, Napkins, themed decoration for your occassion and one of our Vintage Vanity Lovlies' - a vintage dressed attendant. Please add £125 to this service,  to your cupcake cost which will be between £1.20-£3.50 per cupcake depending on your design. (* Please note this service is for 3 hours duration, if you require longer lengths of time please add £15 per hour for our Vintage Vanity Lovely!)

Vintage Vanity Sprinkles to add to your Vintage cupcakes could be;


To add one of our Vintage Vanity Lovelies to host your event - £50 for 3 hours. (£15 per additional hour)
 

To add a Vintage Tea Party to your event, providing freshly made sandwiches and handmade cakes, pots of tea and picnic blankets please add £8-£10 per guest

To add a China Trio Hire for each of your guests. We hire a vintage tea cup, saucer and dessert plate for just £3 per guest attending your event.



To add some Vintage Entertainment to your event please add £150 for up to 3 hours of afternoon tea music.  Please add £80 weekday £120 weekends per musician to be incorporated in the 3 hours entertainment , Please add £200 weekday and £250 weekends for a vocalist to be incorporated into the 3 hours entertainment. (we also run an entertainment company to enable us to provide quality vocalists and musicians)

To add a cake buffet , a tasty alternative to the Candy Buffet , just £4 per guest and includes all table cloths, cake stands, napkins and homemade cake selection

To add a vintage Sweet Stall or Candy Cart , please ask for prices dependent on amount of guests

We will deliver and set up your 'Tea Party' on the day at your venues. Delivery and set up is free for Milton Keynes venues. We are happy to travel and charge just 20p per mile traveled from Milton Keynes.

Vintage Afternoon Tea for Weddings

Our Vintage Tea Parties and Vintage Cake Buffets are the new trend since the CUPCAKE TIER!!

We provide scrumptious sandwiches, scones, cakes and cupcakes all served in true vintage style. Perfect for afternoon teas with the family, at a birthday party or for a wedding or special event. 

We can cater for all of your guests up to 200 people.

You can choose to add one of our Vintage Vanity Lovelies to host your tea parties and serve your guests. You can also choose to include beautiful vintage china to hire for each of your guests. Vintage Vanity Sprinkles to add to your Tea Party could be;

Vintage Vanity Tea Parties : We provide scrumptious sandwiches, scones, cakes and cupcakes all served in true vintage style. Perfect for afternoon teas with the family, for a intimate wedding or for a large wedding or special event. We can cater for all of your guests up to 200 people. Our Tea Parties include all the homemade sandwiches, cakes and speciality teas delivered and set up for you. We provide the table cloths, cake stands, cupcake tiers, napkins , picnic blankets and tea pots. The Tea Party Package is just £8-£10 per guest attending your event.

Vintage Vanity Cake Buffets : We provide a Cake Buffet, Delivered and Set Up for you on your big day! This is the perfect vintage alternative option to the Vintage Sweet Stall , and a much nicer option for your wedding breakfast dessert perhaps? We have a variety of wonderful homemade cakes, scones and cupcakes available, if you cannot see something on the list we are always happy to add to our selection.Our Cake Buffets include cake stands, cupcake tiers, shabby chic, vintage, crystal and cut glass. , table cloths for your tables, decoration and a selection of homemade cakes made from fresh quality ingredients. The Cake Buffet is just £4 per guest attending your event.

Vintage Vanity Sweet Stalls/Candy Carts : Our Vintage Sweet Stall will be presented beautifully with an array of nostalgic sweeties to put a smile on the faces of all of your wedding guests.

Our Vintage Sweet Stall can be displayed on a Table with a vintage table cloth or can be displayed in a Candy Cart.  For 50 people prices are £150 and includes 6 Sweet choices chosen by you, The Jars, The Labels, The Table Cloth, The scoops and the Sweet Bags. The Candy Cart is an additional fee. Your quantity of guests will alter the Sweet Stall prices.

Vintage Vanity Cupcakes : Our vintage cupcakes are designed to suit the colours and theme of your weddings. Quantities and flavours all chossen by the bride and groom. Each cupcake is delicately decorated and then displayed on one of our cupcake tiers. We will deliver and set up for you on the big day. We also offer Cupcake Favour boxes, Cupcake Stalls and Cupcake Carts. Prices depend upon design and quantity. The cupcakes are £1.20-£3.50 each, the tier is £20 to hire and the Stall and Cart service slightly more. We can provide a traditional cutting cake decorated to match for £35.

Vintage China Hire: We can hire Vintage Trio sets for all of your wedding guests, either to be included with our other services or as a sepereate service. The trios include a teacup, a saucer and a dessert plate. The cost is £3 per guest.

Vintage Hostess : We are happy to provide our Vintage Services with one of our Vintage Vanity Lovelies. We will serve your guests with Vintage themed clothing and make up. All of our 'Lovelies' have a passion for vintage and are experienced at hosting events. We charge £50 for a 3 hour host, when booked with one of our vintage sevices. Additional hosting hours are £15 per hour. We are happy to provide as many hosts as required for your event. We generally suggest 1 for every 20 guests.

Vintage Vocals : Add some extra sprinkles to your Vintage Wedding with some classic Vintage Entertainment. We are happy to offer for an extra £150 , up to 3 hours of afternoon tea music, played through professional unobtrusive speakers.  There is nothing more romantic than an afternoon tea with live musicians so please add £80 weekday £120 weekends per musician to be incorporated in the 3 hours entertainment (We can provide string quartets, classical string duos, saxophonists, guitarists and keyboard players (we have a tailormade stage-piano for the keyboard for vintage authenticity) We can also offer a professional vocalist for your vintage event, please add £200 weekday and £250 weekends for a vocalist to be incorporated into the 3 hours entertainment. (we also run an entertainment company to enable us to provide quality vocalists and musicians) Please ask for repertoire and audio recordings for the service for chich you require.

Tea parties in many forms have been all the rage for a while now; afternoon teas, high teas, shabby chic teas, tea dances, Downton Abbey inspired teas, and steampunk styled teas. I am now quite sure that we have come full circle on this style of wedding reception, but I also believe there is always room for improvement!

Vintage Tea Parties Need a Vintage Menu and we are happy to help provide all you need for this!!

Ironically, shabby chic styles of wedding are rarely a cheap option. In order to do this style well, you need to budget for a lot of vintage items (tea cups, tea pots, antiques to dot about the place etc).And luckily we have everything to help with this too ! Simply book a Vintage Vanity Tea Party and we will do everything for you. From providing the vintage props, including suitcases, vintage hampers, vintage flower vases, vintage picnic blankets and vintage table cloths. We then provide the Vintage China you require, including tea cups, saucers, dessert plates , tea pots, cake stands, cupcake tiers , cake knives. We even provide a Vintage Hostess to serve your guests. We can also provide your event or wedding with Vintage music to create the Vintage Ambiance in the background. Or a Vocalist or musician to serenade you and your guests.
